The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is being developed by Warner Hospitality, who will own and operate the facility. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City will be a fully-integrated gaming resort offering over 800 slot machines and a wide variety of table games. The facility will also include a Hard Rock Hotel, the world-famous Hard Rock Hotel & Casino merchandise store, a live-entertainment venue, an outdoor event park and amphitheater, the World Tour Buffet, the Main + Abbey restaurant, and multiple other food and beverage options, ultimately employing over 500 team members. Construction and design of the $128 million facility is underway with anticipated opening in the summer of 2014.
Inn of the mountain gods resort & casino
Warner Hospitality manages the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, a AAA Four Diamond facility in New Mexico with approximately 273 luxury rooms and suites, numerous dining options from a signature steak and seafood restaurant to an indulgent buffet, 40,000 square feet of meeting space, an 18-hole championship golf course, an indoor pool, a fully equipped workout facility, 883 gaming machines and 32 table games.
Horizon casino resort
Warner Hospitality has entered into long-term management agreement to undergo a multi-phase major remodel of the Horizon Casino Resort in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The first phase is anticipated to be unveiled in June of 2014 which will include fully remodeled hotel rooms, a complete renovation of the casino, new restaurants and bars, and new brand name. The current Horizon Casino Resort has 539 rooms and suites, a 70,000 sq ft casino, 6 food and beverage venues, multiple retail outlets, and a 8-screen movie theatre.
Warner Hospitality has entered into agreements to assist in the development, pre-opening and operations of the Buenavue Casino, south of Sacramento, California. In a two-phase approach, when complete, this facility will have up to 1,650 slot machines and 60 table games. In addition, the facility will offer 4 full-service restaurants and an entertainment lounge.
Airway Heights Casino | Spokane Tribe of Indians
The Spokane Tribe of Indians plans to develop a $400 million regional entertainment center (“Airway Heights”) on 145 acres just west of Spokane, Washington. The project, presently planned for two phases, will include a 100,000 sq ft casino space, 2,500 slots, 50 table games, and 10 poker tables. Additionally, the almost 1 million sq ft of total space will include a 300-room hotel, a convention/special events center, four restaurants, multiple bars, a food court, and substantial retail offerings.
In addition, the Spokane Tribe intends to develop a retail shopping and dining complex, including a life-style retail center adjacent to the entertainment center, as well as free-standing, big box retail stores. The Spokane Tribe anticipates that the development and operation of the Airway Heights project will benefit the entire Spokane region through increased employment opportunities for Tribal, non-Tribal Members, and related economic development.
The Tribe has engaged Warner Hospitality to oversee the development, design, construction, and ultimately the management of the Airway Heights project. Approval by tribal and federal gaming authorities of the project is pending.
Two Rivers Casino & Resort
Warner Hospitality also manages the Two Rivers Casino & Resort on behalf of the Spokane Tribe of Indians. Two Rivers Casino & Resort is a seasonal tribal property overlooking the scenic juncture of the Columbia River and the Spokane River. The 10,000-square-foot casino, offering 156 gaming machines and three table games, caters to seasonal visitors. Non-gaming amenities include RV parking, four rental cabins, and a campground with 32 tent sites.
Warner Gaming manages the Chewelah Casino on behalf of the Spokane Tribe of Indians. Chewelah Casino is a full-service tribal casino with approximately 30,000 square feet of gaming space accommodating 365 gaming machines and six gaming tables. Non-gaming amenities include a café, lounge, and RV parking. Chewelah caters to a strong repeat local/regional gaming patron.

Warner Hospitality also manages Casino Apache, an enterprise of the Mescalero Apache Tribe located directly off Highway 70, with more than 5.9 million vehicles passing by each year. A wide variety of slots are offered as well as a 130-seat casual dining restaurant. Warner Hospitality also manages Ski Apache, the second largest ski area in New Mexico, featuring 55 trails with 11 lifts on 750 acres.
