POSITION: Human Resources Manager
PROPERTY: Hard Rock Hotel and Casino / Warner Gaming
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTS TO: Warner Gaming Operations
Works as a liason between Warner Gaming and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino casino staff consisting of the following areas: Table Games, Slots, Player Services, Count Room, Surveillance, Beverage Operations, and Finance. Works directly with the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Human Resources department assisting with Team Member recruitment, hiring, discipline, and separation. The ideal candidate will be a motivator and inspirational component to the Team.

Must have ability to:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in Employee Relations/ Human Resources or casino supervisory experience relating to exposure to counseling applications/policy and procedure development/training required. General knowledge of Human Resource Management. Knowledge of National Labor Relations Act, Equal Employment, Affirmative Action, Title V11 laws required. Consulting skills required, strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication (verbal and written) project management, problem solving and decision making skills required. Thorough knowledge of employment related laws including Civil Rights, EEO, ADA, FLSA required.Strong organizational, analytical, communication (verbal and written) skill required. Ability to handle multiple complex and emotional issues.
