Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is a fully-integrated gaming resort offering 30,000 square feet of casino space including 835 slot machines and 25 table games. The facility boasts a 54-room Hard Rock Hotel, the world-famous Rock Shop, a live-entertainment venue – Anthem, an outdoor event park – Battery Park the World Tour Buffet, Main + Abbey restaurant, Fuel American Grill and various other food and beverage options. Owned and operated by Warner Hospitality, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City employs over 500 team members.

Warner Hospitality manages the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino in New Mexico with approximately 273 luxury rooms and suites, numerous dining options from a signature steak and seafood restaurant to an indulgent buffet, 40,000 square feet of meeting space, an 18-hole championship golf course, an indoor pool, a fully equipped workout facility, 883 gaming machines and 32 table games.
AVI RESORT & CASINO
Warner Hospitality has entered into agreements to assist the Avi Resort & Casino, in Laughlin, NV owned by the Fort Mojave tribe of Indians. The Avi Resort & Casino offers a market-leading package of amenities for gamers and non-gamers alike, including a casino floor with over 65,000 square feet of gaming space, 1,000 slot machines, 20+ table games, a dedicated poker room, a 200-seat Bingo facility, a Race and Sports Book, and Keno operations. The Avi Resort & Casino also offers more than 450 newly-remodeled guest rooms & suites, 8 food & beverage venues, and a food court with 4 quick service options. Additional amenities include an expansive sandy beach, a 10,000-square foot entertainment venue featuring both regional and national acts, an 8-screen movie theatre, two 18-hole golf courses, a 64-seat lounge, and a 260-space RV park.
Warner Hospitality has entered into agreements to assist in the development, pre-opening, and operations of the Buenavue Casino, south of Sacramento, California. This facility has been permitted for a two-phase development up to 1,650 slot machines and 60 table games. In addition, the facility will offer 4 full-service restaurants and an entertainment lounge.
Airway Heights Casino | Spokane Tribe of Indians
The Spokane Tribe of Indians plans to develop a $400 million regional entertainment center (“Airway Heights”) on a 145-acre site just west of Spokane, Washington. The project, presently planned for two phases, will include a 100,000-square-foot casino space, 2,500 slots, 50 table games, and 10 poker tables. Additionally, plans for the nearly one million square feet of total space include a 300-room hotel, a convention/special events center, four restaurants, multiple bars, a food court, and substantial retail offerings.
In addition, the Spokane Tribe intends to develop a retail shopping and dining complex, including a life-style retail center adjacent to the entertainment center, as well as free-standing, big-box retail stores. The Spokane Tribe anticipates that the development and operation of the Airway Heights project will benefit the entire Spokane region through increased employment opportunities for Tribal, non-Tribal Members, and related economic development.
The Tribe has engaged Warner Hospitality to oversee the development, design, construction, and ultimately the management of the Airway Heights project. Approval by tribal and federal gaming authorities of the project is pending.
Warner Gaming manages the Chewelah Casino on behalf of the Spokane Tribe of Indians. Chewelah Casino is a full-service tribal casino with approximately 30,000 square feet of gaming space accommodating 365 gaming machines and six gaming tables. Non-gaming amenities include a café, lounge, and RV parking. Chewelah caters to a strong repeat local/regional gaming patron.

Warner Hospitality manages Casino Apache, an enterprise of the Mescalero Apache Tribe located directly off Highway 70, with more than 5.9 million vehicles passing by each year. A wide variety of slots are offered as well as a 130-seat casual dining restaurant. Casino Apache has a high-energy sports bar that offers great entertainment and is the perfect place to catch the must-see games.
Warner Hospitality also manages Ski Apache, the second largest ski area in New Mexico, featuring 55 trails with 11 lifts on 750 acres.
